Can you help me identify orig/initials? Please:)

This is a simple puffy heart charm or necklace. I doubt that is is old, and wonder if it's mexican, American, or what? BUT...it also drives me crazy when I can't find any info on maker & such.
Can you help me out please?
Markings are an SU inside a circle, then 925, then underneath it has the Letters THA. Does anyone know who may have made this, or it's orgin?

Don't know the manufacturer.
Have seen this mark before, often with the word Thailand stamped next to it.

Thanks so much for the info. It's been driving me crazy!
It probably is suppose to be "THA=THAILAND" because they ran out of room to stamp it on such a small area. I've been hunting all over the webfor maker THA and couldn't find anything! No wonder !!
