hello can you tell me about this spoon plz its in my family about 60 years and its my "The first tooth" spoon any information about this item?

ТФ4 stands for Tallinn Jewelry Factory, now Estonia, number 4 after the factory initials is for 1954.
Hellenic letter eta H for Tallin assay office (in front of worker`s head with hammer), mark used until 1958.
