Help identifying year and makers mark on pin Edinburgh?

This is a small pin with a bull and HOLD FAST on the front. It think the hallmark is Edinburgh, but I can't find the font for the year mark. Also would like to identify the makers mark, T.E Any help appreciated.

Can't help with the maker but the year is 1961 and the badge is that of the clan MacLeod.
