Is this 825 Sterling or 925 Sterling?

I am back with a better picture of the back of a piece of jewelry I thought was marked as 925. Now that I have a clearer picture, I am seeing 825 instead.
Please help me identify the number of fineness and is the artist named RINC or RING?
