Silver earings

Hi,
This is my first post on this forum and I hope I'm doing this right. :)

I bought silver earrings today and I found a mark on their fastening.
I’m just curious if maybe someone is familiar with marks? I would be very grateful with suggestions.

Hi Ela,
The first part of your mark is 925, this refers to the Sterling silver standard 925/1000. The second part appears to be AP, this would the maker, sorry I can't help with that one.

And I think its MP rather than AP
