925 silver dragon brooch

a nice little drogon brooch, i've no idea of the hallmark, i've looked on this site but could not find it, knowing me i've missed it somewhere, it's marked 925 on the wing and the hallmark is L-1 925 SYMBOL wich looks like a cross within a circle and a date letter S

These are London import marks for 1973. I can't identify the L-I which is probably the mark of the importer and not the silversmith.
Maybe you can move it to the English forum for a further identification?
