Silver Bracelet hallmarks- stuck on date and maker's mark

This bracelet was a present to my mother and sadly has been sitting in her draw for years. I know that it isn't very old but I'm
just curious to know about it. I do not have any knowledge of the different hallmarks but using the internet I found out about the anchor( Birmingham) and the lion but cannot find any reference to the initials Q,P and I am a bit stuck on the date. If any one could help, I would be very grateful.
