Blue Agate and Silver Horse Head Cameo possibly Italian?

I am new to Jewelry and recently purchased a Blue Agate Horse Head pendant/brooch Cameo set in Sterling Silver. I think it is Italian, but I am looking for clarification on what the marks actually stand for or if someone can direct me to what other research is available?
