That's Georg Jensen's #256 Kneeling Deer brooch, designed by Arno Malinowski, the mark dates your piece to 1933-44.

Cheryl, I really couldn't see the mark, even with my loupe. Now that you have helped, I can see that it is the Georg Jensen mark. Thanks so much. These tired old eyes clearly need new glasses!
