Polish silver handpainted porcelain pendant maker help?

Postby shelina » Sat Feb 17, 2007 6:58 pm

I'm pretty sure I've Id'd the silver as Polish; but can't figure out the "P" city (P above the 925), the signature of the artist looks like "Rozanill"? I'm trying to get an approximate date - maybe even a maker. I also have a chain bracelet/necklace w/the Polish mark, but looks like the city letter is "B". Any help is greatly appreciated!! First pic is the pendant, following links are the marks.[img]www.deazoom.com/member/shelina/925porc1.jpg

Hello, this is the Polish silver mark introduced in 1986. The "P" is for the assay office in Poznan. There is no assay office with a "B", so I guess it is a "P", too. Don't know the maker, sorry. Best wishes, Bahner
