Hi,
It is a Hungarian name, wherever he lived in Austria-Hungary Empire; 13 Loth, no town mark.
The ring belonged to a poisoner.

I already saw a spoon in privat collection with the same marks.
In 1869 Johann Franciscy known as "landmeister" in the guild of Neusohl and worked in Stubnyafürdő (Now Slovakei, Turčianske Teplice). This is from 15 km north from Kremnitz.
From 1863 Joseph Franciscy from Túrócz-Haj was a silversmith student in Neusohl at Franciscus Rosenberger. Possibly could be the same person.
I know items only with Franciszy inscreption maker mark with Kremnitz Hallmark. Maybe also the same person.
I think, this Johann (or Joseph) Franciscy worked and lived in Stubnyafürdő, but for a short time worked and lived in Kremnitz too.
In my opinion Your bracelet is also his work.
Best regards!
