835 silver brooch - identification help

Dear all,

I've recently purchased a 835 silver brooch. It has a yellow colour (the photo reflects it correctly), so maybe it's also gold-plated.

I bought it in the Netherlands. But design doesn't look Dutch to me. So I was wondering if anyone could give me a hint where it comes from?

There is a mark, but I cannot indentify it myself.

Letters are Arabic; most likely North Africa (e.g. Morocco).
