Need help with identifying a silver mark-Dutch maybe?

Does anyone know what this mark is? It looks like a V.90
Well worn

It is on the outside of an antique silver bracelet. The bracelet is a cuff with raised wild animals- an elephant, lion and maybe an ox or buffalo?

Can someone give me guidance? How do I attach pictures to show the hallmark and bracelet?
