Scandinavian (?) hallmark on necklace

Well, I'm really stumped on this one. I bought this odd-looking necklace as part of a sterling silver lot. The letters in the hallmark don't even look like English, even though I bought it in America. To me, they look kind of Scandinavian, but I could be completely off base.
