ID maker of brooch

I am having difficulty trying to identify the maker of this brooch. It is marked 830 and has a symbol which I am assuming is the makers mark. Anyone familiar with this?

The pin mechanism and the overall design of the brooch points to circa 1910, so I would think it to be an older piece, but I cannot figure out what the design of the maker's mark is, are there initials embedded within that design? ::: Still a mystery to me. ::::
