Mark of Norwegian antique brooch, ENERET H. 830S, Norwegian Constituent Assembly 1814 1914

Hello, I was wondering about the maker of this brooch. What I know about it, is what I got from the brooch itself; that it is a depiction of the Norwegian Constituent Assembly (Riksforsamlingen) and I presume it is made in 1914 (for the 100 year anniversary) since it says '1814 1914' on the front. On the back it clearly says 'ENERET H. 830S', but I cannot seem to find who the maker is online. I found out that 'ENERET' stands for copyright, but as for the 'H.' I have no clue which maker uses that mark. I've already done a lot of Googling, and would appreciate it if someone could help me out.
