ITALY unknown maker and marks. 925 Silver Cowrie Shell Bracelet

Hi.

Just wondering if anyone please recognizes this maker's mark or the other marks on this piece such as what looks like 3 crowns in a circle? I can make out the smallest bottom-right as an 'S' in a circle.

The two smallest appear to be Swedish import marks.
