hello nice people, hope you are all safe and in great health!

I recently found this watch, it has 4 hallmarks in the back, now the last 3 i was able to identify however i might need confirmation.

I have troubles finding the origin of the make B&B, i would be grateful if you could help me.

Thank you very much!

Hi,
The sponsor`s mark (importer) appears to be Braybrook + Britten, common international fineness mark (the scales) and delta for Birmingham assay office import mark.

On the other hand, not sure; could be Brooks and Bentley.

Definitively the latter; meaning the sponsor mark belongs to Brooks And Bentley

Hi, one more thing, any history about the maker? i can find items from them however not much about them. I was able to find another wrist watch with authenticity card + box. both the box and the card looked older that it had many years passed on it.

Common convention mark (the scale) has been used since 1972.
B&B is not maker`s mark but sponsor`s mark registered with the assay office. The watch was made elsewhere and imported to Birmingham.
