Hi,
The ring was made in Soviet Russia.
The mark on the right is worker`s head with a hammer,875 fineness and Greek letter pi in front for Sverdlovsk assay office.Letters of Greek alphabet to indicate assay offices were used prior to 1958.

There were 3 jewelry factories in Sverdlovsk:
Ювелирный завод СПО « Русские самоцветы » Главалмаззолото СССР,
Ювелирный завод Союзювелирпрома Минприбора
Ювелирная мастерская Минбыта РСФСР

(I am not familiar with Soviet abbreviations which remind me of George Orwell`s ministries in newspeak)

This is the mark on your ring;used for items of less than 10 g weight (Greek letters depended on assay offices)

Maker`s mark is not clear;one of three above mentioned factories.Number 3 in front is date code, most likely for 1953,cannot be 1963 and 1973 because star with hammer and sickle was used instead of worker`s head after 1958.
Let's wait for more responses.
