Italian Silver Omega Necklace - possibly 1960s or 1970s

The crude stamps say 'Italy' and '925'. Is the third mark an Italian province? 'BY' is not on the province list, nor is 'BV' or 'EY'.

Can anybody identify this stamp?

Hi,
Maker's registered number with province abbreviation is completely different.

I think two letters are maker`s initials (unknown to me).
