Scandanavian Rnamel Brooch

Can anyone help identify the maker of this brooch. I'ts guilloche enamel in silver with a C Clasp. On the back is impressed K5526 in gold lettering. No other marks I'm afraid. I think it may be Norwegian or Scandanavian anyway. Many thanks, Emma

Hi - welcome to the forums. It's Norwegian, and you have the marks upside down, it's '925S' indicating sterling silver, the maker's mark is a backward 'K' for Edvin Kristiansen/Kristiansen & Lande - please see the second to last post on this thread:

Heh - likely it was the backward 'K' that caused the problem...
