935 silver mark identification

I'm trying to id the marker's mark in this piece. I believe it is marked "935" with a maker's mark that I cannot id. I checked German, Swiss, and Austrian marks in the forum but couldn't find any similar marks. The pin has a "c" clasp, and I assume the pin is old. Thanks!

Hello, not sure what I am seeing here, but this could be the windmill mark of the Moeller workshop at Meldorf, Germany. Try the internet, they are still active, I believe. Regards, Bahner
