Who made this pendant?

Does anybody have an idea who might have made this pendant, I have had it a long time. I only know that it is silver, there is only one indistinguishable mark on the bail, for silver content, I think 800, but nothing else. There is a chrysoprase in the centre, with an amber cabouchon set in the middle.
