Can anybody help me with maker of Russian brooch please?

I bought this beautiful silver enamel brooch today, it was made in the Soviet Union, but I don´t know who the maker is. Can anybody throw some light onto it please? The number before the mark is a .9.

Hello, that's a tough one. The '925' on a Russian mark was - to the best of my knowledge - not used before 1970. So this is probably a more recent product. There seems to be no documentation on Russian makers after 1970. What is the letter after the '9', a 'T' ? There was a maker in Tartu (Dorpat) who used the '9 T', but this was in the late 1960ies.
