vintage cameo found in Cyprus with hallmarks

I was given this cameo along with the story of its origins been found in a abandoned house in Cyprus, unfortunately its back was broken and not found.
Can i have any information can be extracted from the hallmarks and design?

Hi,
It`s photo locket pendant with glass stones, much older than the clasp on the chain, attached later.
In short, most likely only the clasp was made in Italy.
