The boar's head is a city mark for Paris and it sometimes includes the amount of silver (.800 or .925 for example) stamped underneath the boar's head - the other mark is the maker's mark - but I cannot tell you who that is. Are you sure there are no other marks? French marks on chains are meant to be every 10 centimetres and also a weight measurement.
