Necklace Maker

Hi, hoping someone can set me straight. Looking to identify the maker of this necklace. It is stamped S.D on the main piece and EW on the chain. The other hallmark which shows either the date or place is really indistinct on both although they look similar, I can't fathom if it is a place stamp or if it's meant to be a date mark. Any advice or help gratefully appreciated.
