HELP with Diamond ring! Please...

Hey everyone found this diamond ring awhile back. It's 800 silver with a real diamond from the early 1900s The diamond is .15ct and I would LOVE to know who made it. If anyone can shed some like I'd be so grateful!! I'm assuming it's European btw.

It could be Sweden (Ystad).

It does looks like Asian markings of some sort doesn't it? I have no better pictures or any info... shucks!
