Help Please: Star mark & Numbers on a Filigree Brooch

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this silver filigree pin? There seems to be a remains of a star mark on the left of the numbers. Bit similar to the star mark seen on post-1968 Italian silver, but I couldn't be sure. From some angles the number resembles a 900, and others it looks like 208 or 206. Also there seems to be a hallmark on the side of one of the flower petals.

Yes, it`s Italian post 1968 mark but town abbreviation (two letters) is missing.Maker`s registration number without town is impossible to identify.
