Couldn't identify date letter, maker's mark on silver bangle

Hi,
I have a bangle that is hallmarked. Please anyone help me to identify the date letter (i think it's a Z with a slash) and maker's mark (i think DL or OL)

I'm by no mean an expert but the hallmark looks like London and the letter Z would be for 1999.

I don't know about the maker though.

Hi, yes would agree, Bradbury's book of hallmarks , London 1999.
Cant help with maker to modern.
