I have a pendant made in art nouveau style. It is marked STG. SIL on the back and 925 on the front there is also a makers mark? on the front that I can't identify. I'm mostly wondering if this is original to the art nouveau period or a reproduction. Any insight is appreciated!

Well in my humble opinion, it is trying to be art nouveau, but, it feels much later to me, 1970's. The makers mark - anybody's guess, it looks to be badly struck

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

To me it looks like a piece cast in a mould from an original impression of an English hallmarked item.

It appears to have a partial English hallmark, the date letter maybe 1982? The original sponsors/makers mark lost in the casting, or intentionally erased perhaps?
