It has B - a woman's profile with a russian crown 925 It also has written HBAR (the R is the other way round) also has some message written in russian inside ring and at the end a cross. I want to know if there is a possibility the ribg holds Real diamonds? I mean not zirconia... Many thanks!

Hello,
The Russian word on the upper photo is "ГОСПОДИ" (means God).

It's possible Russian Ortodox ring with words "ГОСПОДИ СПАСИ И СОХРАНИ МЯ" (God save and protect me). They are rather popular here.

And it is almost impossible that are diamonds.
In local slang these rings called "spasishka" (from the word "spasi" - save), and they are made from 1) silver (the cheapest), 2) gold, 3) platunum. Gold and platinum versions are often with diamonds, but not silver ones.

Thank you very much for your answers. It does not matter if they are diamonds or not. It is a beautiful ring though. P.d. I have heard that diamonds are also on sterling rings that is why I posted it.
I have not got clearer images... sorry.
