Well, you have said very little, just posted a couple of links, so, as you may not get much of a response to such a post, I'll have a stab at it.
Not Austrian, but Russian, the kokoshnik hallmark, if I'm correct (forgive me if I'm wrong but Russian silver I know little about) shows that the crucifix was assayed in the 1908-1926 period in the fineness of 875/1000 silver. The item appears to come from Kostroma.
