Looking for any feed back on cuff bracelet

I just got this silver marked 935 cuff bracelet and want to know any clue about origin or manufacture because I didnt see any marker marks on it.
First to all, do you know which countries make 935 silver mark on jewelry?
Could it be German or Greece? It is hand made?

I would appreciate any help. The design is awesome and heavy.
