bracelet where and when

Have tried for quite some time to research where and when this bracelet was made but no luck, help would be appreciated. Thick chain with little latches on each side clasp

The marks at the top and right are Dutch.

Thanks Trev, so I now know it's Dutch just have to find out when it was made.
