The first mark has stumped me. Can anyone identify the country or maker? Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the Forum.

There are no marks shown that reveal the country of origin or maker. The marks shown are Dublin import marks only.

Are there no other marks on the locket? Perhaps on the other hinged side?
