J.K.D 83C Silver Ring

I have an old ring I would love to know more of the history of.
It's Silver with some kind of stone set in it. It's pretty worn down.

Marking says J.K.D 83C and also have the stamp of an S and 7 dotts.

As far as I have found out the seven dots is a way to mark its from Bergen, but can't find out more.
