Silver Hallmark Bracelet (Arabic?)

I have a silver bracelet whose hallmark completely baffles me. Normally I am pretty good at figuring out (eventually) the hallmark and I have searched the archieves here but so far have come up dry. It reminds me of arabic silver markings (and there was a lot of middle eastern/egyptian silver filigree pieces made). Maybe someone with better knowledge of arabic hallmarks can tell me if that what it is. I have tried to make the photo as clear as possible. Thank you for your time!

I think you may be right, I guess I needed a fresh pair of eyes to look at it! It has a slight difference though but the clasp is definitely Portuguese. Thank you for your help!
