Are These Marks on my plique-a-jour brooch?

Hello!

I have a lovely brooch that I let my husband's uncle look at. He thought he was doing me a favor by removing the tarnish, but I think he may have removed much of the hallmark on the piece. There are 2 places on the piece that look like they could be marks. I have terrible eyesight and can only see them if I take a pic and blow it up! Anyway, I would be so very appreciative if you would please have a look to see if you can make anything out.

Try to take a clear close up picture of the marks. What you have provided so far are not sufficient.

Perhaps Photobucket is minimizing the pictures. They are all large photos. I'll put them somewhere else!
