St.George Silver Pendant,marked Ono w/a Bright Star..?

The Pendant looks like 800 silver in a Renaissance style of St.George spearing a dragon..

I've tried countless times to put images with my iMac but they just will not load on here only the link

I tried user701..thanks..it says pixels too wide 1000..
Ive done this before posting on forums but for some reason Im not able to on this one.
And I dont understand much of the terminology either it.
I dont understand why it just doesnt automatically configure to the size that it will load... : 9

Special mark for items in stock, used in Italy within one year from the acquisition of the new punches provided by the law 5 Febbraio 1934.

The law of February 5, 1934 prescribed

Art. 21.
Trascorso un anno dalla data di entrata in vigore della presente legge, nessun oggetto fabbricato con metalli preziosi dovrà uscire dalle officine o dalle fabbriche senza il relative marchio di produzione ed il titolo in millesimi. Le rimanenze che, trascorso l'anno, si troveranno presso i fabbricanti potranno uscire dalle officine o dalle fabbriche purchè munite di un marchio speciale secondo le norme che saranno stabilite nel regolamento.

After one year from the date of entry into force of this Act, no objects made from precious metals must leave the workshops or factories without the related production mark and title in thousandths. Inventories that - after a year - you will find at the manufacturers will come out of the workshops or factories provided carrying a special brand under the rules to be established in the Regulation act.

Regulation was published in the Official Gazette of March 25, 1935, then the pendant must have been made before 1936
