Need Help Identifying Marks on Silver Ring

Hi,
I am having trouble identifying the marks on this ring. Some of the marks have been covered by the round balls of silver which have been added to the top of the ring. I think the letters on the left are AG but am not sure the last one.The second stamp I think is an anchor, but am having trouble finding a mark in the same style. Many thanks for any enlightenment!

The ring was assayed / hallmarked at Birmingham and the date letter looks to me to be either l for 1885 or t for 1893

No idea on the maker, sorry, maybe someone else can help with that mark, but I think the last letter has been obliterated.
