Pendant or Small ornament Hall mark.

Hi there...I am not sure this is American, but would thought I would start here as I have looked all through the site. It is on the bale area of the pendant/ornament. Here is a pic of the object and the tiny Hallmark. Sorry, but even with a microscopic setting it was hard to get it clear. Lookes like an Eagle's head and the silver content below that with my Loupe. Thanks for any help in advance!

I can't see it clearly enough, but it will be a Portuguese mark.

Hi,
Looking at it a second time, it's now much clearer. It is the mark of Porto assay for small items, 925, post 1985.
