maker and silver marks

Postby morris condon » Mon Oct 07, 2013 2:53 pm

Please can anyone ID a filigree bracelet with markings: PLIE 13.1/4 1882 CHRISTIANIA. There are conflicting opinions of the metal content and its origin. I would value any comments or opinions, many thanks

Would it be possible for someone to provide me with any information to the origin of the 'believed to be' Scandinavian bracelet
Any help would be gratefully appreciated

Nice Norwegian filigree work from 1882 in 13¼ lod (approx. 828/1000) silver, believe it's from the shop of Peder Arnesen Lie of Christiana.
