1. Whether correctly I understand, what it is Finland, Helsinki, is made in 1965?
I ask your help in identifying hallmarks of the Finnish silver?

No, it is not Finnish silver. The object is imported to Finland by a company Hugo Grun & Co Oy Ab (H.Gr) in Helsinki (the boat) in 1965 (M7). You can see the Finnish import mark a crown in an oval shield. If an object is made in Finland the shield has a shape of a hearth.
Where or when it is made I don't know, no marks to tell it.
