I found interesting pedant, but im not sure of origin(irish??)and preiod, Some of hallmarks are rubbed,
only date letter is clear.
If someone on this forum can help me that will be great,

Yes, it's Irish, assayed at Dublin in 1970. I cannot see a maker's mark in your images, but there should be one somewhere.

unfortunately there is no maker marks, both sides marked only like on pictures, pearl or fake pearl inside:),
but very nice vintage! piece.
