Russian Silver & Amber Bracelet - Help identifying marks

Hi there

I would be grateful if someone could help me with these mark, I believe to be russian;

Hammer/Sickle 875

9 Backwards R K - 9RK

Another mark with what i think is an IA 3

I forgot to mention in the hammer and sickle mark there is what looks like a Q

This hallmark with star used from 1958 to 1994, the Catalog by Postnikova-Loseva has hallmarks from "ЯК8"-1958 and "ЯК0"-"ЯК5" for 1960-1965, but you have another combination of numbers and letters. It can be another decade.
