Another orthodox cross

Hello again and thank you for helping me with the other cross that i've posted! I have another cross from my grand-grandfather, i've identified the location, that is Moscow and it was made 1908-1926. But i didn't find anything else about the maker. Any information from you is welcome!

Hi -
The maker is ÐЗ (NS) = Swerew Nicolaj Nicolajewitsch 1898-1914. The marks should look authentic, but the object is contemporary. Please compare with authentic objects.

Hi.
Good cross. In memory of anniversary of Imperial House of Romanovs. 300 years of management of Russia. All operating orthodox priests by February, 21st, 1913, have acquired the right to carry sign ( on the Vladimir tape). The decree from January, 24th 1913.
