This looks like an arts and crafts style necklace. It is marked Kelo Haandarbejde ( the j might be an i) and 830S on the back of the tigers eye piece. Please help me who the maker is and the country of origin.

The language is Danish, so this is most likely a Danish piece. Haandarbejde = hand work, and Kelo must be the name of the makers/ firm.
Both Denmark and Norway stamp 830S (830/1000 silver)
