The date letter looks to be the one for 1959-60.
From the length of time your question has remained unanswered it looks as though no Forum member can positively identify the maker and I suggest you contact the Assay Office direct at http://www.theassayoffice.co.uk
For future reference would you please let us know who the mark is registered to.
