HH Holland Medallion Bracelet Help identify plz

I have this Silver medallion bracelet - depicting rural life - HH marking and what looks to be a 9L and Holland below.

It looks like the mark of H Hooykaas of Schoonhoven in the Netherlands.
A better close up of the marks will help.
